Default Help! Pro Tools Documentation Problem

I still can't get the documentation to come up from the help menu in Pro Tools. I've downloaded the documentation for XP (docs) and made sure it was in C:Program Files/Digidesign/Documentation but I still cannot access it from the help menu in Pro Tools. Is there something I am missing?

I had to re-name the files to replace the underscores with spaces, if I re-call correctly.
There is a recent thread from digidesign about this.

There are no underscores in the names. I think that is only if you download the files individually (which I've tried also along with the renaming work-around described in the link thread with no result).

Ah, just figured it out. When I went in to the properties of the pdf files, under "opens with" was unknown application. I changed this to Adobe Reader and Bingo. Thanks.
