DVD damaged, support only available here...

Hi,

Thank you for reading.

I purchased "Pro Tools Recording Studio" including "M-Powered Essentials" and "M-Audio Fast Track". The store was Guitar Center, the date was January 4, 2013. I have been busy and only got around to seriously looking at the box today.

The installation DVD is damaged. I have tried it in five different computers.

Avid's website says that support is only available here, and there is no separate download available.

How can I get a replacement DVD?
