Pro Tools First "Cant post project"

I need help I downloaded and redownloaded pro tools first a few times nd every time I load it up and try to create a project it says creating project then says "there was an error posting the project" PLEASE HELP

Can you log into your Avid Master account and take a look at the projects section? If it attempted to create the project, you should at least see a project count of one. Also make sure you have enough space/projects available. There have been some cases where something went wrong on Avid's side and you need to contact them to reset your account, otherwise it would always show as full.

If you don't see any projects, then make sure PT is logging in using your master account username and make sure you are not being blocked by antvirus or a firewall.
