Artist mix pan knob not working

The driver is unified now but when doing the install, you only need to check the top option that covers the S3, App, and Artist series (so don't check the options below that)

Did you try a complete restart of everything (computer and artist Mix)? Also, under System Preferences>Eucon Preferences, "Enable as External Workstation" should unchecked (off).

I was able to restore my system to the last Eucon and the Artist Mix is working again but I still have the problem with the knob.Yes I tried all that restart turned everything off.It just does not work with the new download or 3.7 but with the old 3.8 it works

do you mean in Eucon control under workstations 'enable as external workstaion should be off?That was on checked.Do you think that's why it would not work with 18.3

Yes, should be off under the Workstations tab. But also(!) in System Preferences for the Mac, there's a EUCON preferences pane. In that one, near the bottom left also should be off.

(when those are on, it is looking for remote control rather than a local application; that's for if you are controlling it from a surface that is already hooked to a main system; some of the surfaces can swap to control 4 different pro tools systems. But that is NOT what you want.)

I think mine works with 'Enable checked..Yea I think you just said it wrong that's ok brother it is hard to do over the net.I sure appreciate your help

I really didn't. Workstation mode is a different mode when it is being controlled by a secondary Eucon device. It should be unchecked.

that is very very strange but my works with that checked and doesn't work if I uncheck it.I'm not saying you are wrong because I heard someone else say the same thing.I must have something set up wrong ..Ill check again...

started my rig today and the pan knob is working againdon't know why...
