Hi,

I thank you for your response.
This is something I have done it several times but the problem persists.
I try to uninstall and install but again this error.
I also disable plugins and do this http://avid.force.com/pkb/articles/e...e-Assertion-in for try.
it seems that my problem from my research does not identify itself on the internet.
Even the avid suport do not know what to answer me from and creating a profile on avid community.
I also try to look at the log file unsuccessfully pro tools.
I disgust , and I would thoroughly test pro tools.

...
I think the problem just my SSD or my version of OSX.

Unfortunately OS X 10.8.5 is not supported.

See Pro Tools | First System Requirements

Do you have another drive (or partition) you could install Mavericks or Yosemite on?

HI jeffro nikhilmulay,

I thank you for your response.
I was on YOSEMITE but for the sake of performance and to optimize performance for music creation I install OSX Lion.
I 'll think about it because my MASCHINE 2 works best in 10.8.5 I can be switch to MAVERICK.

Threshold,
Under Windows 10 and Windows 8.1 Pro not a problem just the application manager offers me constantly to update PTFirst ...
When I install after reboot still intend to install it

If you have any information about the error 705 I 'm interested.
