Default I need help with Aux sending!!!

Im trying to mixdown a song and I keep getting an error message saying that bounce handler can not keep up. Ive search this site and I found out its because of my plug ins. I read that it might just be the reverb effects I inserted. Since I already have my effects inserted, how do i do an aux send without changing the settings i have in my effects? Could anything else be causing this?

Specifics of your computer hardware, ProTools version, etc. would be helpful.
If you can create another stereo track, the simplest way around it, preserving everything you've got set up, is to assign the output of all your current tracks to an unused stereo bus. Then set that bus as the input to your new stereo track, and record your mix there.

Once that's done, you can export that track, and skip 'bounce to disk' entirely.
This will work in many cases.

N/m I figured out how to record it to another track. How does this method compare to bouncing the files?

There should be no difference in sound. The two methods do the same thing, they just go about it by different means.
