Avid Master Account...not signing in!!

Downloaded new avid appliation manager 2.5.2.160 yesterday...crash on boot fixed...but today it couldn't connect with my account,so i tried to connect manually as usually from safari but i am getting this message : Your account has been locked due to multiple unsuccessful sign in attempts. Please try again in a few minutes.
i am trying from time to time,but still getting this...also tried chrome as well...
Anyone having this?
maybe avid's servers are updating for the new site??

Can't find an account using your forum email address, so please start a support case to provide your account info.

My account is locked out, and I can't sign-on using my avid master account. Password is correct.

Checked your account and it's not locked currently - shows last login 11/15 so assuming this is working now?
