PT 12.5 Project/collab upload failing

Hi everybody


First of all - thanks for a great forum.


My problem is this :


I can´t upload anything in Projects - download works fine.
I´ve done a clean install of OS 10.11.6 (El Capitan) and Pro Tools 12.5 (which, by the way, works fine, except for upload in Projects.) I have bought Cloud space and Avid Link is installed.



I get a SSL error message (picture attached)


Has anyone encountered this problem and perhaps has a fix for it ?

I just ran into the same problem. We are using slightly different MacOS but this is the same problem I have. I can’t even use the Artist Chat feature. I’m on ProTools 12.7 on Mac 10.9.5 on a wired Ethernet connection.

Basically the exact same issue here. iMac, running Mojave, PT 12.7. Fresh install and everything in PT works great. I can open projects, download all tracks, record in them, etc. but nothing will upload to the project. Just get "failure" notices.

You should be able to try ProTools 12.8 since you’re on a higher OS. I’m stuck at 12.7 since I have a 2012 Mac Pro so I can’t go above 10.9.5 OS. GOOD LUCK
