Far as I can tell, there's no way around it.
PT automatically creates a new bus "page" when it reaches each 128 limit.
It would indeed be very cool to be able to assign busses to pages.
Exactly.

Voted as well - I think this wouldn't be too hard for them to implement and it would be a fantastic feature for those of us with OCD. Thanks for getting it going! We are up to 13, theres no way they can ignore us now. . .

Instead of using dummy of filler buses to fill out the 128 limit, why not rename and group everything to your needs with the dummy buses instead?

I keep routing in buckets, so for your example of Reverb, you can have a dummy bus labelled "–|Reverb|–" that is a visual key for where your desired reverb sends are going (don't acutally use this path) and group under this header. This way you can keep page 1-128 all physical IO related, and Page 2 129-256 all itb routing.

Sometimes you have to use the 'limitations' to your advantage, rather than over thinking something simple. If the goal is to get in and out of that menu as fast as possible, and your 'preferred' suggestion doesn't exist, make an idea scale submission by all means, but then see how you can not loose any more time worrying about that menu, and sort and organize it to be a reflex rather than a search. Not trying to sound sassy, more so speaking from my experiences...

FWIW extended characters also are valid for naming buses and tracks etc:
¡™£¢∞§¶•ªºœπ∑ø´ˆ®¨†¥©˙ƒ∆˚∂¬å…æΩ÷≥≈≤絘√∫ So there are lots of visual options!
