Hello, same thing happening here I think. I have paid the monthly subscription fee and reads as active on my Avid product page, however in iLok license manager the bundle is expired and refreshing says that renewal is pending.

Looks like you also started a support case and this was already handled by the CS rep.

Thanks for clarifying - I moved your post to the related thread. Also removed your email and iLok User ID since those shouldn't be posted publicly. License issues typically need to be handled by Avid CS which is why I recommended starting a support case. Got one going for you so this should be solved today (please watch for a case update email).
