Default How do i fix this?

hey, everytime i open a new session a window pops up trying to "syncronize files," audio files and fade files. also this is before i even start recording. now i try to record and my comp stalls a little bit and it seems to record fine until i stop recording then pops up a message "could not complete your request because: Assertion in "\code\vobs\AlturaPorts\NewFileLibs\BDM\Adapters\N eo\BNeoa_Utils.cpp".line 25."

My system is:

MBox
Dell Inspiron 8200
1.8GHz
about 700MHz RAM

Someone Please help me.

Shorty

Quit Pro Tools and delete all the DigiBase folder on your drives.
