Izotope ozone5
This is probably a silly question but i am new to pro tools & have just purchased izotope ozone 5 & was wondering if anybody could help me using it on a piece of audio that i have loaded into a track in pro tools.
i imported an audio file & then found ozone 5 in the audiosuite section and managed to open it up but for some reason it is having no effect over the audio track. im clearly doing something wrong, would someone please help me with a bit of information on how i can use this on my track. thankyou. |

Re: Izotope ozone5
Rather than using it in audio suite, use it as an RTAS insert.
In Mix window, click on channel strip insert, scroll through options from drop down menu. Ozone will show up under different heading from memory depending on what you want to use it as eg. compressor/eq etc. This shows how to do it in Edit window; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NK26ix29Ios
