faders get stuck

Hi,

We're having a problem with a Venue D-Show. It's a bit unclear for me is it the software or bad faders which is causing this. What's happening is when changing banks some of the faders go down (even though neither the active or the coming bank has the fader down) just when you change the bank and you don't notice that.

Any idea what could be happening?

Does the fader go Offline, or is the fader in the software then pulled down to -inf?

I'd imagine this is a just a few bad faders. Is there a pattern to which ones get "stuck"?

Hi,

The fader(s) went to inf. We got 3 spare faders which we changed and that seemed to fix the problem.
