Default Start+L - Locks PC and Pro Tools

Hello,

I'm using Pro Tools 2018.4 on a Windows 10 PC.
I found that if I have Pro Tools opened, select a track, and press Start+L (to lock my screen), I not only lock my screen, but when I unlock it and try to use Pro Tools the cursor goes crazy and I can't use it?
Is this something known?
I found on this page that: "Start+L launches the Switch Admin User prompt instead of nudging cursor to the left (PTSW-17100)"

Could this be the cause?
Is there something I can do to be able to use this Shortcut on Windows without causing effect on Pro Tools?

Thank you all in advance for your help!

Regards,

Filipe Mac
