Pro Tools 10 Wont Launch

I have recently built a new PC. All working fine until I came to re install and use pro tools 10 with my eleven rack.
I right click and launch as admin and hold the "N" button, when the box appears on the screen it does not show my eleven rack as an asio device.
The only option that is there is "Realtek Asio" and then I get a DAE error -6010 was encountered.
All the drivers are up to date and the latest update for PT 10 is done, no missing drivers on device manager and all updated by their vendors.
I'm clueless tbh my last PC was Windows 10 home edition and it worked ok.
I'll post my PC specs and any advice would be appreciated.

Which version of the Eleven Rack driver is installed? Should be listed under device manager.

Does the Eleven Rack and that driver work for anything? Most likely explanation of all this is no. Start by ignoring Pro Tools. Can Windows or other audio apps see it? Can the Eleven Control panel see it? Is the USB cable connected properly? etc.

when I switch the eleven rack on I can play stuff through my monitors connected to eleven rack, guitar works, youtube, music on PC it just does not show up in that window when starting PT.

Bit more info, last night i tried asio4all this did allow me to launch pro tools but eleven rack still did not show up in the playback engine within pro tools.
So I did a total fresh install of Windows 10 to see if that would work now im back to square 1 LOL

Not sure why you installed the ASIO4ALL driver, but I would un-install it until Pro Tools can "see" the Eleven Rack driver. I have never needed ASIO4ALL for anything. I have computers with both SoundBlaster drivers and Pro Tools drivers, but never used ASIO4ALL. FYI, Pro Tools does not like some soundcard drivers.

If you do not have any yellow exclamation points in device manager, I would try this:

"Disable" the Realtek feature (usually a built-in motherboard sound chip) in device manager. Then go into programs and features (from control panel) and uninstall Eleven Rack. Then re-install the Eleven Rack driver. Be sure the Eleven Rack itself it turned on and initialized before you turn on your computer.

If the Realtek driver shows up when you start Pro Tools, it has not been "disabled."

Yes do all that ^^^. Reboot the computer.

If the Eleven Rack driver still does not show up uninstall and reinstall the eleven Rack drivers (with the Eleven Rack disconnected as always, don't let Plug and Play mangle things).

asio4all is no longer on this install and never has.
Just tinkering now see if I can sort it.
Will post an update later, thanks for the input.

Try not using the 11 Rack as a Windows audio interface and see what happens. Windows is probably grabbing the 11R before PT has a chance to see it.
