Default Low latency in Pro Tools 7.4

How do I turn off low latency in Pro Tools 7.4?

But I thought Pro Tools itself has that option. Am I wrong?

Pro Tools has the option, depending on the hardware, as stated above by the Digidesign representative who has been kind enough recently to be on the forums on a semi-regular basis, which we all appreciate.

Since you have an MBox2, not the Pro, you have the MIX KNOB to provide zero-latency analog monitoring, ie HARDWARE MONITORING, again, as stated above. Use the Mix Knob to blend and adjust the ratio between the MBox2's analog input and Pro Tools LE's playback. For more information, refer to your Getting Started Guide. You did read that, yes?
