iLok Will Not Work
Hey guys,
I just upgraded to Pro Tools 2018.7 subscription, and for some reason, I am getting this message from iLok: Software Component Unavailable A background component required for iLok License Manager seems to be unavailable. If rebooting does not fix this issue, please visit iLok.com and download and run the latest License Support installer. I tried uninstalling both Pro Tools & iLok License Manager and re-downloading, and then reinstalled it like 5 times, but no cigar. Anybody experienced this before? Same problem here. I have used 2018.7 today but then this iLok issue a while ago. Downloading and installing ilok manager again dont help. I am using windows 10

Thanks a lot! Great youtube link! Starting Pace license services manually was the trick . Now everything is working fine.

I'm having the same issue with PT Ultimate 2018 on my Mac Pro with Mojave OS. Did you ever find solution for Mac? I see a lot of PC solutions discussed but the MAC remedy seems lacking.
