Hybrid Synth v 1.5 Activation

I purchased a New SEALED Boxed copy of this older version 1.5 on ebay to use
on an older PPC Mac. When I try to Register/Activate it in my Avid account
I get the following error message:

com.paceap.ias.services.ilokremote2.exceptions.Res aleAgreementViolationException: The product with GUID 7D4487B1-E521-EC75-3497-FB25A5CAE5E2 cannot be sold by Customer Avid transactionRecordReference = 147003851


Anyone have any suggestions?

Can't really say for sure but do you have the ilok asset on the ilok key ??

Maybe contact AIR MUSIC TECH support as they are the ones who owns these VI nowadays.

My first thought was that maybe Avid does not allow old versions to be Registered. The Latest version of Avid's version of Hybrid is 1.6 but that is Intel only.......... I need v 1.5 for PPC Mac. But what makes more sense is what you said that since the rights to Hybrid and all the other VI instruments like Strike, Velvet ect are now owned by AIR music Tech, Avid is probably not allowed to activate any version of them.

i was trying to get the asset sent to my ilok account by activating it using the Serial Number on the Activation card included in the New unopened box. The Box was sealed with special tape on the sides to prevent tampering.

Maybe DigiTech Support could chime in..........

I have the same problem here I got it from mars music online and I am not able to activate the software
