Default Importing OMF. Can't "Copy from Source Media"

Hi Gang,

I teach a class of 24 students. Sometimes on PT11, they can't "Copy from Source Media" when importing an OMF/AAF.

While I've told them all to update to 11.2.1, they have a wide range of OS/hardware permutations.

Any idea why only some of them are having problems?

Thanks,
Michael

Thanks for the suggestion, but no to both cases. The OMF, exported by me from a simple two track Pro Tools session, simply contains some audio files for the students to edit. It's an OMF only because I want them to get familiar with the routine of importing OMFs from video editors.

I have been giving the OMF to students for years. It is only this semester with the appearance of PT11 that some are having trouble. (Not all PT11 students, just some.)

I have no trouble at all under either Mac OS X 10.9 or 10.10.

Weird.
