Default Pro Tools Express 10.3.4 crashes on Start-Up

Hello Guys,

I have been looking over hours in the internet but couldn't find anybody complaining about this.

I just installed everything was needed, like drivers, softwares, licenses, and so on.. but when I start-up my Pro Tools Express, it crashes in the exact moment is says "Loading Plug-ins: AIRChorus.dpm", I don't know what is going on..

I'm using the newest drivers from my Avid Fast Track Solo, and downloaded the version 10.3.4 from Pro Tools Express for Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bits.

Everything I found out was that this version from Pro Tools is compatible for Windows 7 SP1... my version wasn't upgraded to the SP1, I wonder why it doesnt work in the version I have.

I am very happy if somebody could give me any tips,

Thanks for the attention!

Rene

Can you please post your full system specs.

Also, be sure to go through the Optimization Guide.

Hello JoelG, thank you very much for your answer.

I solved the problem by the link you sent, it was crashing while loading the first plug-in... the solution was possible by following this:

Thanks a lot!
