Mini 1.25ghz vs P4 2.4ghz
My dell is starting to slow down and a friend of mine is offering to sell me his mini since he got a g5. I was wondering If I got the mini format it an just put PT and Reason on it.if it would run PT alot better then the dell. both machines have 1gb of ram. if its comparable im thinking wouldnt be a bad idea since the dell has alot of crap on it and id use the mini for music only.

Re: Mini 1.25ghz vs P4 2.4ghz
The Mini's great... go for it.
And unlike PCs, you can put whatever else you want on it and it won't affect performance. (ie... no need to make it a "music only" machine) The Mac operating system will make you a convert... |
