PC/HAmmerfall 9652 to Mac G4/ADAT bridge--ouch!!!

Massive white noise problems here...

I'm trying to get sound outta my Giga-PC via lightpipe on the Hammerfall card, into Logic Audio on a mac G4 via lightpipe in on the ADAT bridge. I'm getting a small signal, and a huge dose of ear-splitting white noise.

Any suggestions? OUCH!
