Help!!!! 6.2.2 to 6.4 upgrade!!! auth code!!

Hi, I downloaded the upgrade 6.1.2 to 6.4 from the Digidesign web site... I install it ... but when I try to launch Pro Tools, a message request the authorization code of this version appears... the message says:

"Please enter the authorization code provided with this version of Pro Tools. In new systems, the code is on the inside cover of the Getting Started Guide. In software upgrades, the code is on the inside cover of the Upgrading to Pro Tools Guide"

but I downloaded the complete documentation... include the Upgrading to 6.4.pdf .... but I'm not find this code!!!!!

Somebody can help me???? PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!

You need to use the same code that you used to access the 6.4 download when you filled out the download form:
http://www.digidesign.com/download/64/

Your Pro Tools LE 6.0 through 6.4 serial number/authorization code begins with the following:

DIGI06

The first 4 letters are all caps: DIGI
All other letters are lower case
All “0” characters are zeros, not letters

If you still are not able to authorize, please contact Digidesign Customer Service and include your code, 002 hardware serial number, name, address, and phone number:

I'm feel so stupid!!

I tried my authorization code... but i'm not use the spaces in code... thats the problem.... now everything is fine!!

It's funny, you have to have the spaces when you download, but you don't when you run PT for the first time.
