Default Antares Auto Tune 5 Plug-In

I'm running into a problem with the operation of this plug-in. In graphic mode, I've noticed that once I've gone through the process of tuning up, so to speak, if on another pass of the song, I stop and try to begin somewhere in the song other than the beginning, the song is out of sync with the auto tune?? All kinds of interesting notes come out. I've tried looking through the manual, but haven't found what I'm doing wrong. Any thoughts would be appreciated.. Rich

I think you probably need to supply more info.

are you changing any settings? I assume "host" is selected in the bottom left of the graphic mode and you haven't pressed reset? You've tracked pitch, then taken it out of track mode to do your corrections? Have you changed your buffer in the options menu of the plug? To the left of the waveform view, what is selected - "all" or "tie" (this really shouldn't matter...at all, but I thought I'd ask since we're going through it)? What is your retune set to and how are you drawing your corrections - straight line, using make curve, import auto?

I wouldn't rely on the graphic cursor to be very accurate with the playback cursor of pro tools. If thats what you're basing it on, I'd say as long as its close, you're probably ok.
