PT 2018 iLok Cloud + Master account problems
Hi all,
I have an educational license for PT 2018 and some old licenses (PT8). All licenses are linked to my iLok account and the PT 2018 licenses are on the iLok Cloud. I am trying to download and activate 2018 on a new machine. The licenses show in iLok manager and PT runs on my old machine but when I try to view products in my Avid account I'm told I have no subscriptions or products... :-/ I'm also unable go go to download centre as I can't seem to link my Avid master account, despite apparently resetting password. This all seems mega complicated. I've wasted hours here. I managed to get my Logic account running in less than 5 minutes... Any thoughts? |
