Default Avid HD Thunderbolt Core Won't turn on

After installing the HD Driver 11.3.1 the Core simply, went off. Not responding at all, the Red LED light didn't turn, no nothing. I'm pretty worried about it.
I tried checking with another TB cable, even checking it with another computer with TB port but no result. I also tried reseting the core following Avid's instructions but nothing happened…

I called AVID Support at 4pm and they didn't call it's 9:52pm Eastern time and no call back… I'm beginning to think their support service is not what I expected… Hoping they prove me wrong.

I'm in the borderline of freaking out. I need help. Please HELP!
