S1 IP address issues

I keep getting issues trying to connect my S1 to my Mac (macOS 10.3.3).
I used to use a static IP on my artist mix abd that worked well. Since there is no mention anywhere in the S1 manual or on the website, I just tried using the same method as the Artis Mix on the S1 and managed to get to the IP settings on the S1.
However, after changing to the static IP on the S1, I press the Page <> buttons together but the IP is showing 000.000.000.000 instead of what I set it (10.0.0.3), thus it doesn't show up in the surfaces list.
Am I doing something wrong?

(I tried using DHCP but I find it not as reliable as static IP).

Any suggestions?

Your router might let you set up "Static DHCP". You can assign a fixed IP address to any MAC. The S1 will use DHCP, but you'll have a consistent IP.

Not sure if it’s relevant but for S6 they recommend using DHCP only since static has issues.

So far I kinda narrowed down the problem and I have what seems like a temporary fix:
Every time I restart my mac I need to quit the Eucon app, turn off the S1, then back on and only then I can start the Eucon app and it will connect with DHCP.

Seems like something with the S1 not being able to connect to my Mac after it restarts without being turned off and on again..

Static IP on S1 was working but it seems to have broken, sorry. Looking at getting a fix out soon.

Hopefully it gets fixed along with the missing gaps in Cubase.
Honestly, this unit feels so good, I just can't wait to use it to its full potential!

Sorry for the delay. This working. Are you following the instruction correctly, once you get the numbers right you need to press the page keys together to save it.
