I posted about this in another thread. Appears this is the correct thread. Jeffro - this is happening again. You fixed it for me around this time last month, but apparently the issue only got resolved for a one-month time frame? I have an annual subscription that is set to auto-renew. The 'Subscription Expiration Warning' is showing up when I launch PT. Tomorrow a paying client is coming in. I can't have PT not working - again - like it did last month. Did the issue not really get resolved last month? Should I expect to deal with this every single month? I'm paid up. I've always had the automatic debits go through - WITH a confirmation email from Avid that my subscription is active and current. What is going on?
