ProTools (Active Anual License until 2021) shows as expired in iLok
Hi, I have an active ProTools Annual subscription valid until Feb. 2021 (payments running as normal and everything is fine in the Avid´s site). But since 10.4.2020 iLok license shows as expired.
I have tried everything, from refresh, uninstall iLok Manager, unlink my iLok, re-link with another account, back again. No luck. As of today, 15 days without ProTools during this quarantine. Missing deadlines and work. Case number: 03931169 No response from the official support. Does anyone having similar problems could resolve this issue without support? Thanks. This thread is for Pro Tools Subscriptions. You have a perpetual Pro Tools license and the Release Limit date matches your Software Updates + Support Plan term. Please start a support case and provide details on the problem you are experiencing. Thanks!

Hi, it's nice to be here ,but I need help.I have the same problem as here.
The Subscription is active in my Avid Master Account, but expired licenses in the iLok Account. The subscription in iLok account expired on 4/29/20 - but pro tools stopped after 7 days. Hi same problem here, active ProTools Annual subscription valid until november 21 2020, but Ilok shows expired since april 20 2020.

I'm in a similar boat. I currently have two subscriptions for Pro Tools, a monthly one that has expired and a yearly one that is activated (according the Avid site) that I purchased two days ago. My iLok only shows the expired subscription.
