Default Monitor not following to selected track when selecting on Pro Tools Control

Hi!
I may know the answer to this already, but here goes.
I have an Artist Mix and a Pro Tools dock working simultaneously.
Let's say I have 30 tracks and am viewing the first bank of 8 on Artist Mix with track 2 selected. All good. Track 2 is on screen and Pro Tools Dock has it selected.
Let's also say that I can only see 10 tracks in both Edit and Mix view. I know I can see more, but this is for an example.
If I choose track 29 from Pro Tools Control on the Dock, it selects track 29 but jumps off the screen and the same 8 tracks are shown selected by the Artist Mix.
If I Nudge or Bank the Artist Mix I can get there, but it seems to me that it should follow.

Thanks!

EuControl Settings>General>Auto-bank to selected track

However, I'm seeing a problem with it. It is working some of the time but not all of the time.

Thanks,
I appreciate your help.
I will try that.
Even if it works SOME of the time. it's better than what was happening.

Hmmmmm, already had that box checked. I suspect it's the Artist mix keeping control of the banks that it is set to regardless of which track you choose on the Dock.

I take that back. The Artist mix is banking to the correct position.

Checked every thread on this forum on the subject that I could find.
All boxes checked as suggested in EUCON settings and Pro Tools preferences.
Screen is still not following.

Screen following works perfectly here.

The bug I'm seeing is the Artist Mix will not bank correctly. Say with a session with 35 tracks, selecting 1-8, everything banks correctly but if I select 9, suddenly the Artist mix banks to the last 8 (tracks 28-35) in the session and the Control app shows the correct 2-9. Same for 10. Then I select track 11 and the Artist Mix goes back to doing things right (shows 11-18). And on screen, the tracks move to the selected track but when that "split" happens between Artist Mix and Control app track display, I see two separate blocks of tracks highlighted in blue (the indicator for what's on the surface.) I've also seen this two blocks of 8 suddenly get separated by on 4 tracks not on either "surface" so there doesn't seem to be an rhyme/reason why it sometimes suddenly maps out that way.

We have fixed a number of banking issues in the next release (Q4) so hopefully, have this sorted.
