purchased new subscription No id or license in iLok
I purchased new subscription/ cross grade from pt 11 to 2019.12
I log into my avid master account and see subscription but no system id and no license in ilok, when starting pro tools I get the "You don't have any licenses in your account or none the the licenses have activations......" I have searched and find some threads with similar issue but no answers just "fixed now". I think one thread was it just took some time to show. It's been about 8 hours... Been using 11.3 on MacBook Pro 2010 ish and finally purchased new Mac mini and decided to upgrade... Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks |

Thank you so much!
I wish I would have taken a screen shot, maybe a browser issue on my end. I could see and choose my original 11.3 pro tools in that area, and I could click the submit button and I would see the circle thingy going around and my browser would refresh but I could see that nothing had changed. I was using safari. I mention this just as a FYI incase it may help someone else to try it with different browsers... Thanks again! |
