"Could not set file attributes" when unzipping PT 11.1
Getting this when unzip PT 11.1
Extracting Pro Tools\PT\Program Files 64\Avid\Pro Tools\BDM_Resource40C.dll Could not set file attributes (2). Using several unzipper's including explorer and downloaded twice from Avid but still same problem. Anybody having same problem?

Re: Corrupt PT11_install file
No problem here. Downloaded and unzipped using 7-Zip.

Re: Corrupt PT11_install file
Make sure you have the complete download, that it is around 1.13 GB.

Re: Corrupt PT11_install file
Is your anti-virus program turned off when you are trying to un-zip? Have you been able to successfully un-zip other files on this computer? C:\ drive formatted NTFS? Just a few guesses.

Funny, this is the first time I encounter this problem. Something is new in Avast maybe. Arn

Re: Corrupt PT11_install file
Hi Arn, glad my advice helped you solve the issue. We have a saying over here that "even a blind squirrel finds an acorn once in a while." That applies here.
