Default AES / EBU not passing audio, graphics in editor won't load...

Hey Gurus...

Just picked up a unit, installed drivers and editor. Followed setup instructions to get unit Clocksource sync'd to external AES/EBU. Setup proper I/O.. no audio passing. Not sure what to do, had to revert to analog to do the session. Additionally as I click around the editor, the pedals / FX presets won't graphically load. When you switch the Rig on the Hardware unit, the tones change, but I can't manipulate from the Editor. Frustration!!!!

Please help. Re-Downloading now and will try a fresh install.

Do you have the USB of the 11R connected to your Mac? If not, you will need to connect the USB for the editor to work. If you already have it connected, then maybe try a USB 2.0 port if you are in a 3.0 port.

To connect Eleven Rack to your Pro Tools
interface using AES/EBU or S/PDIF digital I/O:

1 Connect the Eleven Rack to an open pair of
digital inputs and outputs on your audio interface, either AES/EBU or S/PDIF.

2 Hold the Edit/Back buttonon Eleven Rack to
enter User Options mode.

3 Select Rig Input, and press the SW1 button.

4 Choose the input you need for the current task:
• If you want to re-amp pre-recorded signals through Eleven Rack, choose Digital L+R.
• If you want to record an analog signal using the input circuitry and Rig processing
in Eleven Rack, choose the Guitar, Mic, or Line option, to match the input you’re using.

5 Press Edit/Back to move back to the previous screen.

6 Select Digital Clock/Input, and press SW1.

7 Set the Clock Source to External.

8 Set the Digital Input to AES/EBU or S/PDIF, to match the type of connection you’re using.

9 Press Edit/Back to move back to the previous screen.

10 Select Digital Output, and press SW1.

11 Choose Rig Outputs.

12 Press Edit/Back twice to return to the main Rig Select Screen.
