Default Please help with m-powered

Hi every one
Im new to mac and protools and while i find it pretty solid i have a project using kontakt bfd and a reverb 4 audio tracks and maudio 1814
When i load the project and press play for the first time i get the running out of cpu power error but when i press stop its fine from there on in no matter what i load into it
So it only happens when you load the project after that its fine
Is there some tweak or something i can do ?
