Default HDX, HD/Native, HD/Thunderbolt

Hi
What are the main differences between the HDX, HD/Native-Thuderbolt other than the track counts and the connection methods?

I understand that the HDX is a PCIe card whereas the HD/Native-Thunderbolt can be used as a standalone device connected through the Displayport (Thuderbolt) and that the HDX has track counts up to 768 and 0.7ms latency compared to 256 voices and 1.7ms on HD/Native PCIe system.

Is the latency on the HD/Native-Thuderbolt any faster than the HD/Native-PCIe?

Also, when it says that the HDX has five times as much power than the HD/Native system, does it mean that having one HDX PCIe card is equivalent of having five HD Native cards or does it simply mean that the HDX has five times as much DSP chips as on the native?

Also, is the HDX any better in terms of sound quality than the native?

Lastly, how easy is it for semi-pro folks here to use up all of the DSP power on the native system?

Thanks

Actually, that's not what is "being said". The comparison is between HDX and the older HD, both of which have DSP chips on the board.

HD Native doesn't use DSP chips.

Just rockin'...what more is there?
