Sampler for Protools 7 HD system

hi everybody,

want to use protools 7 more instead of logic7 does anybody have a recomodation for a good sampler for protools HD that can import my EXS library? is sample Tank doing this? or is Mach 5 the solution?

MachFive has finally grown into itself. If you have a hefty enough G5 and RAM it now runs pretty well. Someday this year they will release v2, if that makes any difference.

It has a app called UVI-Extract that will translate most libraries into MachFive format.

one complaint I have is the UI . . . you need a magnifying glass to read it.

There has been speculation that digi will someday produce a sampler, that perhaps their wizoo purchase might show some results in this area.

But MachFive works now.

I have been using Mach Five since it came out. It is now 1.2.3 working really well. Sounds great and comes with a great library. Kontakt 2 converts ASR10 libraries is the only thing I wish I could do on MachFive.

i like the nn-xt sampler in reason and I've been using a program called cdxtract to translate my sample libraries. cdxtract will translate many formats into just about whatever destination format you want, keeping keygroup mapping intact. Very impressive program and a great value.
