Default Pro Tools 9 crashes. Blue screen

I started happening about a month ago. Freezes when I change the buffer, bounce or else. Sometimes a get a blue screen. I deleted preferences and did all the optimizations. Still there. I use Windows 7, SSL Alpha LInk MADI with MADI EXtreme. Pro Tools 9. Network is disabled, no virus programs, no internet. I am also including a few pictures. Any idea???

So you are reporting multiple different symptoms. Does changing the IO buffer size cause all these... what causes the blue screens?

It would be a lot more useful if you posted the crash report in Text. Just copy and paste the text here.

A common cause of these sort of blue screens is buggy drivers. Check all your systems drivers (video, USB etc.) and audio interface drivers are up to date. This does not mean run Microsoft update... go to each vendors web site and download their latest stable driver. And in this case start with the audio interface driver.
