Yosemite 003 Rack Works! (kinda...)

Hi Morph,

I've tried the new 11.1.3 divers with a 003 rack and mountain lion (10.8.5) and the kernel_task bug is still present. I'd love to hear feedback from folks running Yosemite !

Experiencing this as well after upgrade to 10.10.2 Yosemite. Temps idling at high 90s (C) with PT open (10.3.9 or 11.3) no session loaded. No issues whatsoever with 003 Rack powered off and built-in output as playback engine.

Hoping for a fix soon. Have to restore Mountain Lion system drive clone to get anything done right now.

I'm using the 003R with the new driver. Was working fine in Yosemite - however in the past 2 weeks, I experience (about 2x a day) where PT11 becomes unresponsive, then the ball spins. Can't just shut down PT and restart - have to shutdown my Mac and do a full restart before it will work. Seems to do OK for a few hours, then locks up. This is so frustrating. I'm about to migrate from my 2010 MacPro to a new iMac 5k and will do a fresh install of 11 and drivers.

Hey guys...hope this isn't "too late"....but im currently using my digressing 003 rack with my MacBook Pro retina 2014 and it works amazingly with Yosemite.

ProTools runs smoothly and perfectly fine. im running an i5, 8gb ram, yosemite...
