need a fix for one track name strip
One of the small led strip window(track name one) on my fader pack was missing a line for 2 years .
Today it;s going haywire as I installed 11.2.1 Anyone a fix for it ? Thanks Forgot to mention it's Blue D-command fader pack

You can buy replacement LED modules from Avid.

Thanks Will :)
Any idea how to open and reach the cables under the name strip ? I had no problem getting the fader block out , but with all the top screw out I can't figure out how to get under or lift the other to module do i need to remove other screws from the side or bottom? Thanks What is the best way to contact Avid for buying the part , the Avid store is like a maze to me ?
