Default Wrong subscription chosen

Hi,

My bad, i chose a yearly pt sub paid monthly instead of monthly sub.
I did not activate the licence, realising what i just did
Can this subscription be canceled? I wanted to use the software just for one month.
I already opened a support case, but I was curious about your opinion.

Thanks.

I've forwarded this to the webstore team. You'll receive an Email from them soon on how to move forward.

Thank you!

Thank you for your support. They understood I made a mistake since I had also bought the correct monthly sub, and I did not touch the yearly license. Subscription was canceled and they returned the payment.

Hi, I hope this is the right thread, I wish to upgrade my pro tools subscription from the standard version to pro tools ultimate. I can't see anywhere on the site to do this. I do not wish to have 2 subscriptions running though?

Hi, I don't know if this is the right thread or not but I desperately need to upgrade my subscription from Pro tools standard to pro tools ultimate. I can't see a link anywhere to do so?
