Default I/O error -5

Hi,

we work with PT HDX 11.3.1 on Mac from a big NAS.
On some sessions I get "IO error 5" when trying to import session data.

Anyone any idea what that error exactly means?

Thanks!

I should add that we access the NAS with smb, and there's no error with the same action in the same session with PT 10.3.9
