What does this mean for Pro Control and Control 24 users?

Are we to lose support within some version of 8 as well?

I'm scared. I can't afford an Icon yet

hi, your contol 24 is still fully supported. You're good. I have a pro control. Not sure how much longer it will work with pt.

I am still irritaited about no ADC. Now Digi pulls MBOX support?
I am officially done with upgrades. When I get tons of $$, it will go to a a tricked out Samplitude system before I buy a full ProTools HD system.

But this is the HD forum, and HD has ADC. I do agree that the mbox should still be supported. Hell, I even think the 001 should still be supported. I'm just glad that our 888 24's are still supported in the lastest version (at least I think so, haven't tested them yet).

Loaded the 8.0.3 update tonight, and all seems well so far. The system did crash on the first load up when Pro Tools got to the Stereo Dithered plug-in. When I pulled the Surround Dithered plug-in from the plug-in folder and restarted PT, all was well.
