System Usage when audio stops

I am getting the -9128 "close some plugins error", but only after I stop the playback in PT 5.3.1. I checked the system usage CPU meter and it is fine during playback, but once I stop it peaks. If I close the message a couple times and start the audio it plays and the meter goes back to normal.

I am running a songs that only has 14 tracks and about six plugins on a P4 2.26/p4pe 512m RAM.

You no dubt have a P4 and a DVerb plug in active. See this and this thread.
