Default 7.1 Gets Stuck in Scrub Mode

Anyone's cursor gets stuck in scrub mode? Are the instances repeatable? Under what circumstances will your system trigger a "stuck in scrub mode" cursor? My system seems to get stuck in scrub mode when I disengage plugins like strike or disengage a track with it. What's your experience? Some times I can get the cursor to function normally again by engaging the multi-cursor option, but not always. This is a frustration issue and someone should address it at digi.
