Default iLok verification error

Hello all. I use Protools on a new MacBook Pro. I'm running Catalina. All of a sudden I'm getting an iLok license verification error. I use the cloud version of iLok. Everything is up-to-date and I check on iLok License Manager says all is well. I have tried rebooting but I still get the error message. Can anyone help?

Firstly – welcome to the DUC!

The basic troubleshooting step to resolve the launch issue of Pro Tools when using the iLok cloud is to close and re-open the iLok cloud session from the iLok license manager.

If this does not fix it, please post the exact iLok license verification error.

Simple solution - buy a physical iLok. That way you don't have to rely on having 100% network availability or any network at all.
