Default Waves 5.9.7 and Snow Leopard

So, with the release of 8.0.3, I'm going to finally make the leap to Snow Leopard. However, I'm having difficulty finding if anyone is running Waves V5 (specifically 5.9.7) on Snow Leopard successfully. 5.9.7 works great for me on 10.5.8 and PT 8.0.1 even though the Waves site says 5.9.7 is not supported with PT8. Anyone having success with PT 8.0.3 and Waves 5.9.7?

I doubt it. I'm even having some UI weirdness with Waves version 6.x. I think it will be necessary to upgrade. Make the plunge and get WUP, I'm sure depending on what package you own, you'll get some free plugins. I know I'll be doing so soon myself.

Hi,

Yes and any $£ spent on WUP you get a credit for to spend on Waves plugins.
