Pro Tools HD missing from Mac Sound Preference List
After a recent update to Pro Tools 2018.7 with the new HD Driver I no longer see Pro Tools HD in my Mac Sound Preferences, only Pro Tools Aggregate is listed. However, Pro Tools is showing HD Native in Playback Engine...

If Pro Tools is open, the HD option will disappear from your Mac Sound Preferences (and Audio MIDI setup)
If you close Pro Tools, it will reappear.

Okay, I guess I just didn't remember that. It's been a while since I poked around in the sound preferences pane.
The reason I was even in there today is because a bounced file (my first since the update) was playing back 6 or 7 db quieter from the desktop (Quicktime Player). I route my mac output back into Pro Tools via toslink/spdif in. This one has me scratching my head because I've never had this issue... **EDIT SOLVED A 3rd HD Driver re-install/restart seems to have cleared up the issue. As Johnny Carson would say "Wild, wacky stuff"
