Can I upgrade from ProTools LE 11 to HD 11 ?

I have a ProTools LE 11 ( i bought PT 10 with Update to PT 11 )
So ...
Can I upgrade from ProTools LE 11 to HD 11 ?
If yes how much cost for that ?
What I'll need Hardware to work with HD ?
Are the Focusrite Saffire Mix Control 2.4 work with PT HD ?

I have : Focusrite Saffire Mix Control 2.4
Laptop Sager : i7 X980 @ 3.33 GHz
Ram : 12.0 GB
500 GB HD1 , 500 GB Hd2 , 1TB HD3
Windows 7 64 - bit Operating System SP1

Of course one can upgrade from 11 to 11HD, the software is exactly the same. What you are paying for is a Licence (which is put on your iLok) that enables the use of the HD tool set within the software that already exists on the installed 11 version.

So theoretically, any hardware that works with 11 should work with 11HD. I stand to be corrected as that is only my understanding.

I'm not sure how much the cost from 11 to 11HD is though. It may be cheaper to buy PT10HD so the free upgrade is straight to 11HD though I'm not sure if that's the case either.

You can NOT upgrade from regular Protools to an HD license. You can buy an HD system that includes it it, or possibly buy an unauthorized copy off Ebay, or a used copy from someone.

That's why we need Avid sell PT 11 standalone whatever the price if Is fair
