Default Programmation : where is the "open recent" list stored ?

Hi,

I'm trying to write an applescript (or an app in swift) to speed up my workflow, and for this I need to know where the "open recent" list is stored.

I guessed it was stored in a file like "com.avid.ProTools.plist", but unfortunately it's not here.

Does anyone knows where Protools stores this list ? (in which system file)

Thanks

I have exactly the very same question. How can I access the Recent List? Where is it exactly stored under Catalina (Darwin)?
