Default No sound recognised in Pro Tools Express

I have been successfully using Pro Tools express on a Windows system for just over a year, I use it to record audio books, very simple mono based audio tracks.

I have a Rode NT1-A run through an M-Audio, M-Track Plus interface. For some reason, when I now hit 'Track record enable' no sound is registering on Pro Tools. Phantom power is on, and everything is recognised and set up as normal. All playback devices are said to be running without issue on Windows so I am at a complete loss as to what the issue could be.

Any help/advice you could provide would be hugely appreciated.

Thanks

Alistair
